I started my RE investing journey with rental properties in South Africa and now I’m looking to build my portfolio in the States, starting with land.
My family and I live in Cape Town, but I spend a fair amount of time in the Louisville, KY area for work and visiting family. I work full-time in M&A for a US firm, and I’m ready to apply those marketing, sales and dealmaking skills to achieve ultimate freedom.

Sounds like you’ve got an unique situation going back and forth between Cape Town and Louisville.
Keep us posted as you move along in the land business! I’m sure you’ll have lots of interesting experiences working the business from across the world. It can definitely be done. I know plenty of people who are actively doing it.
