Hi everybody, brand new flipper here ready to send out my first round of direct mail. I’ve targeted growing counties in Tennessee. My list is out-of-state and out-of-county owners with between 1-10 acres. My list is down to around 900, and I plan to send blind offers. Fingers crossed!
