I have a small residential lot (1.25 acres) under contract in the Williston Highlands area of Levy County, FL. I’ve been speaking with a few active realtors in the area to help me sell the property, but haven’t been impressed by anyone yet and many are giving pushback or uncertainty of listing my property prior to me actually closing on it. Can anyone refer a good investor-friendly realtor in the area?
