Hey all! Dave Denniston and I are thinking of doing another small group trip next year (10 people or less) of higher-level land investors somewhere in the US next summer. It would be 5 days; we’d rent a big house, do mastermind sessions, plan fun experiences, and have a great time.

I have some vague ideas of different locations where we could do this, but I’m curious about which of these areas YOU would be most interested in.

Note: The cost noted by each option would include everything ALL-IN except airline travel. It would include all lodging, food, activities, and, of course, mastermind sessions!

  • Lakefront Michigan (Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes) = $3.5k
  • Colorado (Estes Park) = $4.25k
  • Northern California (Lake Tahoe or Redwoods or Yosemite) = $5k
  • Wyoming (Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Jackson Hole) = $5k

It will be incredible!

Based on all the votes we got in our Facebook Group (where a lot more people voted on it than they did in this forum), we’ve decided to do it in the Grand Tetons this year.
