If you’re curious about what a property can be used for, one of the first things to look at is the zoning ordinance, which determines the general rules for properties under each zoning classification.
Another important thing to investigate is whether deed restrictions or protective covenants are attached to the property. These will give you an even smaller box to work within if they do.

At the time of this writing, ChatGPT can also do this, but I’ve usually found Claude to be better at reviewing massive amounts of text in a single prompt like this.
