Seeking RE Attorney in AR

I’m looking for recommendations for a real estate attorney in Arkansas that can review some documents for us.

Thanks!

I’m seeing one title company recommendation in our directory:

They may not be attorneys themselves, but if you give them a call, I’m sure they’ll have connections with some good ones who know their stuff in Arkansas.

Seth, is this how you’d recommend finding a RE foreclosure or creditors rights attorney in Virginia? I’ve seen that list but since it seems to be all title companies listed for Virginia, I wasn’t sure if it was worth reaching out to them. After googling this kind of attorney, we haven’t had any luck with people responding to our initial contact. We need assistance with the documentation for seller financing. Thanks!

@PrattFamily you could certainly start there and try. They may have connections with who you’re looking for, but it’s probably not the most direct way to get a hold of them.

How many foreclosure or creditors’ rights attorneys have you tried contacting? Did you call or email? Sometimes it just takes some persistence to get a response out of these people.

I hate to admit this, but sometimes people need to bug me a few times before I’ll respond (usually, it’s the people who want something that benefits them more than me, or I just don’t immediately see the alignment). I would try to find more of them and put them on a follow-up sequence, and keep trying to get answers. Don’t stop until you have an actual conversation and/or they tell you to go away.

Thanks, Seth! A good reminder to not be afraid to be persistent! In answer to your question, I’ve emailed them. Better to call?

Oh yeah, I would totally call them. Email is too easy to ignore or ‘not see it.’ With a phone call, you’ll actually know when you’ve made contact and gotten their attention.
