Hello! Would you recommend using a cellphone as your business phone, or do you use the online systems recommended?
I have a spare cell phone that does not have cell service (Galaxy s21) and am looking to see what would be the best way forward.

@gordonj I’ve always used an online system (currently, it’s OpenPhone), with everything flowing through the same physical device in my pocket, and it has always worked well enough for me.
