Here is a ideal criteria
- Locations: Texas, Florida
- No Desert or swamp land
- An hour or two from a major metropolitan area
- Ideally larger acreage - minimum 20 acres unless it is commercial or very close to the cities - bigger the beter
- Must be close to water and electricity if not at the property
