Hello, I am selling land worth about 30K and the margins are low. I am wondering If I can save by seller closing? IS this possible? How can I convince buyer their EMD is safe? How can I save on costs? Any ideas?
@inventivebuyer it’s possible, but how low are your margins? With a deal of that size, it should be pretty easy to find the money to pay for a title company to close it. If the margins are so low that the money isn’t there, I would question whether or not this kind of deal is worth it.
