I wondered if I sell my land on contract with terms if at some point in the future I could sell the note/contract to someone else for cash? Thanks.
@johnsonsteven77 yep, people do it all the time. Just make sure you’re completing all your closing documents correctly for the land contract portion. Those details will matter a lot if you ever hope for someone else to buy it from you.
