Selling a Small Fractional Ownership in a Home in Sarasota, Florida In a Million Dlar House

Need to Sell Partial/Fractional Part of Ownership in Childhood Home

Sarasota , Florida

ihave a small ownership in my childhood hood home, only about a 6 percent, but the house is worth about a million dollars, so a good chunk of change. My brother who is a real ahole owns the rest of the property, other than my part, and has threatened everyone else on the deed to seeming their rights to him, for free.

I am trying to sell my part to interested busters. 6396 Singletree Trail in Sarasota, Myakka Valley Ranches, Corner Lot, 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, 8 acres on a corner lot.

The house is supposed to be sold. All I ask is that I have permission to come and go on the property until it is sold, as my elderly mother still lives there.

Let me know what you think, doesn’t sound like much, but still some measure of co tell against my ******* brother who could not do anything or even list the home without you.

Let me know what you think.

Fractional ownership sales can be hard since most buyers want full ownership. Have you thought about getting an appraisal first? Your state may have laws about co-owner rights that could help your situation. A local real estate attorney would be your best first step.

Yes! you are right.
