Hey guys, I use SiteXPro very frequently to look up vacant land properties by APN/parcel number and also Owner name. SiteXPro has been free for years and just changed to $300/month.
Does anyone know of a different software that is as easy and efficient as SiteXPro for looking up vacant land by APN or owner name?

For quick lookup at low cost, I believe land.id is the best out there right now. For more capability like market research, generating filtered lists, comping properties, analyzing slope, etc. it’s hard to beat The Land Portal. Seth has a bunch of videos on it.
You should have left SiteXPro yesterday. Their predecessor, AgentPro247, was basically the only option 10+ years ago, but these days, there are many other options that far surpass that system.
