I have searched this forum for skip tracing information and found plenty here, much of it older info. I am looking to do very few skip traces. Right now I am only doing them for rental property purposes for tenants. Most skip trace sites have so much marketing garbage on them. I only want to pay per skip, I do not want a monthly or annual subscriptions. Does anyone here have any sites they can recommend that are not subscriptions? Thank you very much.
