I know Seth has it, but does anyone else have experience with any storage unit development? I own a property in Chester WV that has a 2 unit commercial building on it. There’s probably about 1/4 acre space that is really not used for anything and I think I could put in 1-2 rows of self storage, but don’t know where to begin on that.

If you’ve got a current survey, you can talk to a civil engineer and get their thoughts on it. They could give you some suggestions on how to lay it out, and what other steps might be involved.
If there’s something specific you feel stuck on, let me know. I can at least tell you what I did.
