I recently reached out to a few counties in Kansas for tax deferred lists. It turns out they make you sign a waiver that basically says it’s against the law to market to the list?
Has anyone else encountered this in Kansas?
What’s their definition of “market to the list?” How is this worded in their law or code?
Remember, we’re not selling these people anything. We’re offering to pay off their taxes and then pay them money for their property.
