I came across a really insightful podcast that dives into how AI is starting to impact the land-investing niche — especially when it comes to sourcing and qualifying deals. Listen here on Spotify:
The discussion covers how investors are: - Scoring and ranking direct-mail or skip-traced lists with AI - Saving time on due diligence and deal analysis - Streamlining acquisitions through automated workflows
I’d love to hear from anyone here who’s using automation or AI tools in their land business — what’s actually working, and where do you still prefer the manual approach?
Oh look, another “game-changing AI revolution” post that’s definitely not a thinly veiled ad for someone’s SaaS product. Thanks Kegan from Reworked AI (really subtle putting your company at the end there).
Let me guess what this “insightful podcast” covers… The same AI fairy tales every guru is pushing? “Our AI will do your due diligence!” Sure, because nothing says thorough title research like having ChatGPT hallucinate about easement laws.
Love the classic “I’d love to hear from anyone here” move. You’re not looking for discussion, you’re fishing for leads. We all know this playbook - post vague AI hype, wait for people to respond with real problems, then slide into DMs with your $297/month “solution.”
You want to know what actually works? My brain, google earth, and excel when I’m feeling fancy.
But I’m sure YOUR tool is different. Can’t wait for next week’s blockchain post.
P.S. - Just buy an ad. We’d respect the hustle more.
First - I’m not hiding that I work with the company (hence why I intentionally put the tag at the end to communicate that). Also, the product costs less than a penny per lead scored, and has no contract, so I wouldn’t hold my breath for that oddly specific $297 “DM”. Lastly, it has nothing to do with easement rights or ChatGPT.
Beyond that, when AI is properly employed it’s a wonderful tool. For example, to avoid confusion regarding the post if you’re not interested in listening to the podcast you can simply upload it into an LLM and ask it to highlight the relevant information before responding. That way you don’t have to lead with “Let me guess…”.
I don’t think I have any blockchain value add to provide in the near future but if anything changes I’ll be happy to relay through the forum as well. For now, I’ll be happy to offer you a free Demo and credits to actually see the product in action before dismissing it.
Thanks for clarifying that your product costs less than a penny per lead. Nothing says quality like racing to the bottom on pricing. I’m sure those penny-scored leads are absolute gold. And how revolutionary that you don’t require a contract. Really disrupting the industry there.
And I love that you suggested I upload your podcast to an LLM. If your podcast needs AI to make it digestible, maybe the problem isn’t my listening comprehension. “Here, use AI to understand my pitch about AI” is not a great look
