What is the best thing about your CRM? What other reasons do you prefer your CRM?
Have you identified any particular problems or issues you’re trying to solve for with your CRM?
CRMs can do a lot of things, but I’ve never found a CRM that does ALL the things. To find the best choice, you should probably take inventory of all the things you want/need yours to do, and you can work backwards from there. When you evaluate each option, you can go through your list to verify whether it will do what you need it to.
We’ve actually been working on building a new CRM for land investors over the past 6 months and it’ll be ready to hit the market soon. Do you have any interest in learning more about it? I could add your name to the list and we can notify you when it’s ready.
@retipsterseth, you are definitely welcome to add me to your list - dhealy@sandandsagesolutions.com.
We are shopping CRM solutions right now. Agreed, it’s tough to find one that does everything we need, especially as we go deep down the rabbit hole of AI automation and integration.
In review of all the platforms out there Go High Level is our top contender.
When you’re ready, we’d love to see what you’re working on.
You’re on the list! I’ll let you know soon when it’s ready to rock (it shouldn’t be long).
Great! Looking forward to seeing what you’re working on.
I currently am utilizing Outlook CRM, but when I get ready to launch later this year, I will with out a doubt purchase Act! CRM Software as that was the only CRM that would search in the comment section for the key words not found in the folders storage. If it was importance enough to save in a comment section it mush be valuable.
Currently using freedomsoft, As great for startup in that you don’t have import your list from outside sources. It has county investor search engine call zipfinder that helps find the buyers and sellers in the county. It is more of a direct mail centric approach to lead generation. Would be interested in other options. Currently looking at pebblerei this week. What do you have that would be game changer? Also how easy is it to migrate to a new platform? Are you going to stock it with docs?
Interesting to hear about FreedomSoft. It’s been years since I looked at that system, so good to hear how it works these days.
One thing I’ve learned from building this CRM is that, even though you can bring many functions into one place, it’s not always the best strategy to do this, depending on what you’re trying to combine.
Some things make sense to bring together, but other things can be made worst if you try to shoehorn them all into the same platform. They just work better if you keep them in their separate places.
It’s kind of like how a Swiss army knife works… while it is handy, the tiny scissors, screwdriver, and knife are significantly less functional than specialized tools designed for each job.
The CRM we built brings together things like:
- Business Phone
- SMS
- E-Signatures
- Calendars
- Websites
- Deal Pipeline Management
- Social Media Scheduling
- Workflow Automation
- Follow Up Reminders
BUT, the initial outreach is kept in its place. When sending direct mail, bulk text messaging, bulk RVMs, email blasts, cold calling and other direct outreach, these respective platforms
We start managing the leads on our CRM deal board once they respond to our initial outreach, and we manage where the deal goes from that point forward.
