I’ve tested a bunch of different mailer formats over the years and I’m always curious what’s working for other people.
Postcards are cheap and easy, but they also get ignored fast. Letters feel more personal, but cost more and take longer to put together. Some people swear by blind offers, others prefer neutral “we buy land” messaging.
What are you sending right now, and what kind of response rate are you getting? Has anything flopped when you expected it to work, or has anything done better than you expected?
Drop your experience below. I’d love to compare notes.

There are all kinds of creative templates that can work well. Not to mention, the packaging matters - generic junk mail is very easy to spot (and subsequently ignore).
Land Portal’s mail center has some pretty realistic-looking letters that really do look handwritten. I made a video on it a couple of months ago.
They’re not as cheap as the low-end mailers you can get from ITI or Rocket Print (not the kind of thing you’d want to send tens of thousands of units unless you’re really narrowing down your list well), but they’re also not ridiculously expensive either.
If you’ve got relatively high-value leads, or if you need to send out just a few of them (they don’t have a minimum 500-piece limit like Rocket Print or ITI does), they can be a great fit.
