Would you pass on FL land with undivided interest in gas and minerals?

Just pulled my first list in a FL county and there are loads of records that have some undivided interest in gas and minerals within their legal description. For example, one legal description includes the following: “Less 1/2 Int In Oil Gas And Mineral Rights”. Would you pass on these or is it like where I live in Texas where most suburban homes’ land deeds do not own any of the gas and mineral interest?
