When researching land how do you select the areas? Do you research and price each zip code in the area, or do you research and price by county?
I have been doing it by zip code but it takes an enormous amount of time. However, my thinking is that the mailer will be better priced.
What’s your strategy?
@trustland I would say if the data is available the more specific the better. PriceBoss and PRYCD are two paid options that could speed up the process. I haven’t tried either of them myself but they come recommended by Seth.
I use counties, then specific areas within counties. Datatree doesn’t filter by zip code that I can figure out, so I’m unable to use that method.
