Hi I’m getting ready to send out my first mailer using the following right now I’m wondering what people’s experiences are with response / conversation per 1000 for 2pg offers
FL counties- 30/40% value
5k-100k
Absentee out of state
2pg offer/ contract

What are some reasonable response expectations?

Any thoughts would be appreciated

@tscott23 size and value of properties make difference as well. On our letters/pricing for our target avatar, we are running 1 for 2700 actually purchased.
