Mailing? Texting? Cold Calling? Or do you have other creative ways to market?
I am new to this and for my first campaign am focusing on mailing with text follow ups. I am curious what everyone is doing/prefers and what they might recommend.

This sounds like a good survey from Seth to his members. Then he can report to everyone. A corollary would be which vendors people prefer for which marketing channels
Mail is working well for me. I need to send a lot more than I used to, but as long as I can swallow that bitter pill, the numbers still work.
Nice! How many mailers per deal would you say?
My normal campaigns start at 10k mailers and go up from there. In years past, I could get deals with just a couple thousand.
