Can you recommend a 1031 Exchange?

I will soon be selling some vacant lots that qualify for capital gains treatment. I would like to work with a 1031 Exchange organization to plow the money back into new purchases within the 45 day time window. Can someone suggest a good 1031 Exchange organization to work with?

I haven’t worked with API Exchange, but I did interview the Senior Vice President, Scott Saunders a couple of years ago, and he seemed quite knowledgeable. They might be one to look into.

Thanks for starting this, Sylvia! When choosing a 1031 exchange facilitator, make sure they have experience with vacant land, understand the 45‑day identification and 180‑day completion rules, and have a clear fee structure. Experience with out-of-state lots and title issues can also be a big plus.
