A few years ago I came across someone in the land investing space who had compiled a book with every county’s subdivision requirements. It sounded more digestible than the Municode library. The book was being sold on this person’s website for something like $350.
I am having trouble finding who this was and their website.
Does anyone know who this compiler and investor is?

Ye, I think it might be him but I don’t see the book on his site. Filled out his contact us form last week, hopefully I get a response.
