Im considering Stride CRM and want to focus this year primarily on SMS campaigns. Does Stride have a text campaign feature or does it integrate well with any of the popular SMS services like Launch Control?
Great question. Stride is great for sending messages to people who have opted in to receive texts from you (appointment reminders, automated follow-up campaigns, etc), but it isn’t currently the best option for sending out bulk SMS campaigns for cold outreach. You’d still be better off using something like Launch Control or Smarter Contact for that.
That said, it does integrate well with both. Once you have a qualified lead, you can push them directly from LC or SC to your Stride account and then pick up the conversation from there, whether you want to keep texting them or communicate via another medium.
