Hi Everyone,

I have recently started learning land investment by going through the YouTube videos provided by Seth. Thank you, Seth!

My question is what is the best software to use for sending text and emails for the list?

Hi @Venkat873649, welcome to the community! Thanks for checking out those YouTube videos. I’m glad they were helpful.

As for texting, there are a bunch of options you can use for this. The ones I hear about most often are (and these are all affiliate links, by the way):

  • Launch Control: This one is not the cheapest, but it provides the most guardrails if you’re concerned about compliance issues.
  • SmarterContact: A similar comparable to Launch Control.
  • GoHighLevel: This is a much broader CRM infrastructure. One of many things it can do is texting, depending on how you set it up… it can handle email as well, along with anything else you can imagine.

There are others too, like REI Reply, HIvemind, and many others that are actually built on GoHighLevel, but they are labeled with another brand.

If you’re looking for help on the email front, this is still a relatively untapped opportunity that most land investors aren’t using much of (at the time of this post, anyway… that will probably change in the future).
