To keep this space organized and easy to search, we ask that you start your post with ONE of the standard category labels listed below. This will make it easier for others to find your post using Discourse’s built-in search feature.

Use ONE of the following phrases at the beginning of your post title or body:

  • [Deal] – For properties at least 70% below fair market value (don’t abuse this label)
  • [Listing] – For properties priced at or near market value
  • [Property Wanted] – You’re looking for a property in a specific area
  • [Funding] – You’re requesting or offering funding
  • [Realtor] – You’re looking for or offering realtor services
  • [Attorney] – You’re looking for or offering legal services
  • [Accountant] – You’re looking for or offering accounting services
  • [Title Company] – You’re looking for or recommending a title company

  • Do not create your own labels — use only those listed above. Typos or made-up labels won’t help others find your post.
  • Misuse of labels (like using [Deal] for full-price listings) will result in post removal. Repeat violators may be banned.
