@retipsterseth looking to do full renovation on a single family home over in Coeur d’Alene. The intent is to turn it into a STR.

It’s a older split-level, 3 bed, 2 bath, 1400 square feet and were looking to take it down to the studs, altering the floor plan a bit, and put everything new in there to make it a more desirable rental.
