Curious how many of you are actively listing your properties on LandSearch.com right now? And if you are, are you actually moving deals through there or is it more of a “throw it on and hope” situation? Would love to know if it’s worth the time and money.

I’ve listed properties there before. I’m not paying for it at the moment though.
I’m not sure how many of my actual buyers came from there, but I do think it’s one of the better-looking listing sites out there. Especially if you have just one property to list at a time, I can’t think of a good reason not to give it a try.
It’s probably my #2 site behind Zillow when I’m looking for on-market properties to buy. I like it because it’s not purely MLS listings (although that’s a lot of them) and they’ve got a great interface.
I can’t say that I’ve sold a ton of properties on the site, but I’ve also never paid for any of their listing plans, so I’m not the best use case for how well it works on the sell side.
