I believe I have a good deal on my hands here. A seller in Lincoln County, OR is willing to sell two properties (cursory research suggests they may be worth ~$100k each) for $125k if they are bought together. This was her initial offer, and I haven’t done any negotiations yet.
Unfortunately, almost all of my money is tied up in another deal but considering this looks like it could be a good one, I didn’t want to pass it up without seeing if I could make it work somehow!
