Solar Development + Land Investment - Your Experience?

Hi Everyone,

I’ve been following the site for a while and recently purchased the Masterclass — really enjoying the content so far! I’m a licensed Master Electrician and over the past year I’ve been diving into solar development. I have a crew and work with electrical engineers, and I’m looking to combine my interest in purchasing land with developing solar projects and potentially agrivoltaics on the property.

I’m curious — has anyone here explored solar or done something similar to what I’m describing? I’d love to hear about your experiences and insights.

I heard Pete Reese was getting into this a while back. I haven’t followed it that closely, so I’m not sure how close his experience aligns with what you’re trying to do, but this was the first video I could find about it.
